<Option 1> "Craft your own Japanese tea" — Perfect for beginners, enjoyable for everyone Discover your perfect Japanese tea through a tasting of five distinctive varieties. Even if you're new to tea, this workshop offers a warm, gentle introduction to Japan's tea culture. Then blend your own flavored tea to take home as a one-of-a-kind souvenir. The program also includes a hands‑on kyusu (traditional Japanese teapot) brewing experience, inviting you to savor the depth of Japanese tea. <Option 2> "Sencha Decoded"— Already captivated by sencha? This one's for you. Dive deeper into the world of sencha with a focused tasting of 10 carefully selected cultivars. Grouped by their defining characteristics — aromatic varieties on one side, umami-rich varieties on the other — this workshop is designed for those who want to go beyond the basics and truly understand what makes each tea unique. Sharpen your palate and walk away with a deeper appreciation for the craft behind every leaf. [Session Days] Held daily except Thursdays, Weekends, and Japanese public holidays.
