I've done a small handful of tea tours in Japan now, in Wazuka, Uji, Sonogi, Yame and Shizuoka (this one), and this was definitely the most in depth and informative. Being able to visit every stage of the process, including a refining factory which no other tour I've done has included, was very informative and engaging. The tasting was also more in depth than anything I've done before.
